My guided meditations are an invitation to a very simple insight: To resist the breath is to resist life, and to flow with the breath is to tap into our highest potential.

My style is relatable to a wide audience, grounded in playfulness, and always rooted in the pursuit of equanimity. I hope you’ll enjoy this small sampling of my quest to help the world take a deep breath…
